Paid annually, that’s $288 a year for Standard, $576 for Gold, and $1,776 for Platinum. Extra locations get 15% off the plan price, and every plan has multi-location tools: a shared client list, location-specific menus, and one booking site with location selection. GlossGenius also sells separate medspa plans. They’re outside the scope of this guide.

Card processing and payouts
Every plan pays the same rates:

Payouts on the same business day are free Monday through Thursday. Instant payouts cost a flat 1.8% on top. Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, Buy Now Pay Later, split payments, and custom tip options are on every plan. The pricing page doesn’t list one rate for card-on-file and keyed-in payments, so confirm it during your trial if you charge many no-show fees or saved cards.

A 5-person salon on Gold with payroll would pay $48 + $40 + $30 = $118/mo billed annually, before card fees.
Trial, contracts, and switching
The trial is 14 days and doesn’t require a card. Annual billing is cheaper, and monthly billing is available on every plan. GlossGenius’s data transfer service is free on all plans, so you can bring your client list and service menu over from your current system.
Which plan should you choose?
- Standard: one provider, one chair, and you don’t need Google booking or a waitlist.
- Gold: your second provider is the trigger, because Standard can’t book multiple providers. Gold also suits a solo provider who wants Google booking, a waitlist, chargeback protection, or renter bank accounts.
- Platinum: more than 9 staff, or you need custom commissions and marketing analytics.
