Mangomint pricing

Source: https://www.mangomint.com/pricing

Mangomint uses one price formula: $120/mo for each location plus $10/mo for each user. Anyone with a profile counts as a user, including front desk staff and booth renters.

Team on one locationMonthly cost
1 user$130
3 users$150
5 users$170
8 users$200
12 users$240

Every account includes the core platform: calendar, POS, online booking, Express Booking, a virtual waiting room, web chat, memberships and packages, forms and charting, gift cards, inventory, reporting, and multi-location tools.

Mangomint add-onPrice
Phone (calls and texts from one business number)$70/mo per line
Marketing (campaigns and automated flows)$30/mo for 3,500 credits, $50 for 6,000, $100 for 15,000
Payroll$50/mo + $8 per worker

Mangomint doesn’t charge booking fees. You can use your own card processor, but Express Booking, self checkout, cards on file, and deposits all need Mangomint payments.

Cost by team size

List prices for one location, before card fees, with forms included either way (Mangomint includes them; on Boulevard, Prestige bundles them, otherwise add $65).

TeamBoulevard (annual billing)Mangomint
3 providersEssentials $143 + Forms $65 = $208$150
5 providersEssentials $143 + Forms $65 = $208$170
8 providers + 2 front deskPrestige $328 (offer price)$220
15 usersPrestige $328 (offer price)$270

Without forms, Boulevard Essentials ($143) costs less than Mangomint for a 3-person team ($150). Mangomint’s per-user pricing gets more expensive as you grow: at 21 users it reaches $330/mo, past Prestige’s offer price. Boulevard’s price is per location and stays flat no matter how many staff you add on Premier and Prestige.

Card processing

Mangomint’s published in-person rate (2.45% + 15¢) works out to $3.09 on a $120 service. Boulevard lists “starting at 2.65%,” which is $3.18 on the same ticket before any per-transaction fee. With Boulevard Offset, your client pays a 3% fee on credit cards and you pay 1%. Check your state’s surcharging rules and think about how clients will react before turning it on.

Booth renters and hybrid salons

Mangomint says it supports booth renter and hybrid models with unique booking links, multiple payment accounts, client ownership settings, and renters selling their own products. Each renter counts as a $10 user. Boulevard’s pricing page doesn’t describe a booth-renter setup, so ask during the demo. For more options, see best salon software for booth renters.

Which to choose

Choose Mangomint if you want to start without a sales call, sign no contract, and have unlimited reminder texts. Choose Boulevard if you’re a growing multi-provider business where flat per-location pricing and bundled forms and texts on Prestige work out cheaper, or if passing card fees to clients through Offset matters to you. Smaller budgets should also look at GlossGenius pricing.
